I found one solution for my problem.
My $HOME directory is mounted with NFS.
The problem seems to be between NFS and the Korn Shell.
I "solve" this problem with the following entries in my ".profile" file.
HISTFILE=/tmp/.history.$$
export HISTFILE
I have to place my .history outside my $HOME.
I'm still interested about a good explanation about that NFS/Korn Problem.
