snmpd and CMA v3

Hello Gurus,


FYI:
Trying to configure the /sbin/init.d/snmpd to run with latest Compaq
insight manager Agent v3 on Tru64 Unix v4.0F.

Why? Because the old /sbin/init.d/snmpd runs the Base O.S Insight
Manager and not the updated one.



Q:
Has anybody gotten this to work?

If so what did you guys do to the snmpd to get it to work?
