Thanks to Michael Bucholtz, Keith Texel, Michael Acklin, and others who
helped me resolve the problem.
The problem was it was pointing to a DNS server that I shutdown yesterday
that caused a delay in Telnet and FTP. I pointed it to the new DNS server
and the problem was fixed.
