[SUMMARY] SWCC agent troubles

Hi,

Thanks to all of you who tried to help me.
Finally, I found the problem myself!

In fact, when you install the SWCC client, you must install HSG80ACS85 package if you have
a RA8000/ESA12000 or MA8000/EMA12000 storage systems with ACS 8.5 software!
Older ACS versions require the HSG80 package.
