Hi all,
Special thanks to Jan Mark Holzer for providing immediate solution:
This might be caused by persistent reservations which are used
in a TruCluster environment to avoid access from hosts not
part of the cluster. You can remove persistent reservations
on a standalone system using the script CleanPR (please be
aware you should NOT run this script on a running TruCluster
system without rebooting afterwards).
