tcp_time_wait_interval

Hi,

I'm having a problem with Veritas Netbackup on Tru64 51a. All I can find in
the documentation is the solution for Solaris. And this is to decrease the
timeout value of tcp_time_wait_interval.
Does anybody know which parameter this is on Tru64?
