SUMMARY: Performance bottle neck inside an HSG80

The general consensus seems to be to "run vtdpy" - apparently this only works when directly attached to the CLIs via the serial connection - it should not be used over SWCC or similar.
Robert Binkley recommended a tool available at the following location:
ftp://ftp.alaska.edu/pub/sois/Software.html#uaio
which appears to be an enhanced version of iostat, but I haven't looked into it yet.

The SAN appliance can also do some analysis, however we don't have one in this setup, so it isn't suitable here.

Original Question:
Does anyone know of any tools which can analyse performance within an HSG80 i.e.: between disk & controllers, particular disks etc...

Thanks,
Andre
