Dear all,
I am stumped with a DEC3000/300LX not wanting to talk to a Lantronix
LRS16F serial terminal server. My wiring is as follows:
[DEC3000]-[H8575-A]---BN24H03X--[Lantronix RJ-45]
Where H8575-A is an (original DEC) serial-DECconnect adapter, and the
BN24H03X is a DECconnect to RJ45 cable (fits, for example, in the DEC
90M terminal concentrator saving you the expensive adapter from
DECconnect to RJ45).
I _think_ I have the same setup working in a different country but I
am worried about the H8575-A. It might be that this one is
straight-through as opposed to null-modem but I have no way of
checking...
Does anyone have a similar wiring handy and is willing to check?
Thanks,
Arrigo
