Gigabit Card

Hi Managers,
      I am planning to install Gigabit cards (two in each server) in some
DS20s, ES40S and GS160.Is there anything I need to do after putting them in
the server like Kernel config or any change in sysconfigtab.

I will appreciate any help in this matter.
