Error running SWXCRMGR.exe

On a AS2100, we are attempting to run SWXCRMGR.exe from diskette using the
following steps:

>>>arc

        at menu, select run program and enter A:SWXCRMGR

Then we get the following error message:

        Native D-Stream TB Miss Occurred - pc=0xffffffff8073d1bc VA -
0x0000000000000000
