Hello Managers
I'm trying to configure SWCC.
Scenario:
SWCC Client 2.3 on Windows XP
Agent 2.3.0.039 running on ES40 with Tru64 4.0G
3 KZPCC controllers installed
syslog seems to be logging ok
only one client configured.
only ip adresses used on both sides, no names.
Anytime I try to run the Agent from my XP PC the
following error is displayed:
"Unable to connect, call to gethostbyaddr failed.
Valid name. No data record of requested type"
A piece of syslog at the end of this msg
Any clue on this?
