Has anyone seen smsd take a lot of overhead, or become a run away process? Also, has anyone killed it with no consiquences? From what I can gather, it is the sys_man station daemon. I don't use sys_man station. I wouldn't even think it should be using as much cpu as it is (60% as reported by top- not a real number). If it is needed for all sys_man functions, then I wouldn't want to kill it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
