Hi everybody
My Tru64 Systems use StorageWorks for the Operating System storage and
Hitachi (HDS) for the main storage. Now I should migrate the main storage
from one HDS (9960) to a new one (9980). For this purpose, I would like to
use Hitachi-TrueCopy to copy LUNs between the two HDSs. After the copy, I'll
connect my Tru64 Systems to the new HDS System.
Now I suppose, that I'll have a problem with the WWIDs from the new HDS.
After the copy, the LUNs should have new WWIDs. I'm not really sure, but it
could be happen.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Any hints or idea are welcome.
