Alpha Firmware / Bios Upgrade

Hello Admin wizards,

slightly offtopic, but - where do I find bios/firmware upgrades for
alpha chips? The weblink I had for the files (ftp on gatekeeper.dec.com)
seems to be outdated .... would be grateful for a hint.
