SUMMARY: configuring KGPSA-CA online

Sorry for the late summary:
Thanks to all those that responded. I also contacted HP support on this. I
apparantly have to do (at boot prompt)

fabric for SAN switch and loop for hubs. Others also pointed out that the
adapters have to be in the same zone as the tape drives. I will be doing
this during our next shutdown.
