Port State monitor

Hi Guys .. Are there any tools for monitoring TCP port states ? Basically I
want continuous monitoring the usage of ports to a lower level and record
socket states i.e FIN_WAIT1, FIN_WAIT2, ESTABLISHED etc etc etc . Netstat
does capture these states but does not serve the purpose ..
