New AlphaServer DS25 crashing on Tru64UNIX 5.1A Installation

Hi! We're installing an AlphaServer DS25 with Tru64UNIX 5.1A and just
inmmediatelly after booting with the CDROM, we're getting a Crash from the
booting process. This AlphaServer DS25's current QuickSpec says something
like "Minimum OS support: Tru64 UNIX V5.1A NHD5, OpenVMS V7.3-1". Does it
mean we need this New Hardware Delivery CDROM in order to get the Tru64 UNIX
5.1A installation done? If so, Where should we get this CDROM ?
