Thank you to the two people that responsed, Dr Blinn, and Thomas
Sjolshagen, whose responses are below.
In summary, there is no support for USB other than Keyboard and Mouse.

HP doesn't support USB DISK storage (nor CD-ROM/DVD-ROM) as of yet.
Since CAM doesn't expect to see block storage from the USB adapter, I'd
be surprised if it works...

>From Dr Blinn
There is NO SUPPORT in ANY version of Tru64 UNIX for USB peripherals
other than keyboard and mouse; although some preliminary work has been
done on USB printer support, as far as I know it has never reached the
point of being functional. No one is working on disk support, and no
work is underway to support any FireWire adapters, either.
Sorry about that, but it's reality.

I am trying to figure out whether or not I can connect an external drive
to a DS10 via USB.
>From what I have seen in the documentation, the best I can do is mouse
and keyboard.
If it is possible, can somebody point me in the right direction,
Thanks
