Tru64 5.1B / Connection to 900TM Server

We have minor problems after our upgrade to 5.1B.
When we attempt to connect using our 900TM server, we receive the
following messages:

   -234- Connection to MAIL not established
         Service disabled
   -011- Session 1 disconnected from MAIL

where MAIL is the name of our small Alpha mail server.

The output from 'SHOW SERVICES' command at the server level is:

  Service Status

  MAIL Available Compaq Tru64 Unix V5.1B LAT Service

Our Alpha server has been rebooted, but we have not re-initialized
the terminal server device.

Any suggestions?
