Disaster Recovery for cluster

We plan to test the disaster recovery for our two members cluster into a single memger cluster from tape backup. I restored cluster_root, cluster_usr, cluster_var. I also ran "/usr/sbin/clu_bdmgr -c dsk4 1" to build up the root1_domain and restored files back to it. Then I modified cluster_seqdisk_major and minor numbers of member1's sysconfigtab file accordingly.

I booted the member with the command
>>> b dke1 -fi "ia" with the input of "genvmunix clubase:cluster_adjust_expected_votes=0". But the system hung when it hit the following messages.

Initializing CFSREC ICS Service
Registering CFSMSFS remote syscall interface
Registering CMS Services
CNX MGR: seq disk open failed, retrying local dev_t 0x5200487 (82,1159)
CNX MGR: expected votes will be adjusted to 0
CNX QDISK: Qdisk open failed (2) retrying every 300 seconds.

I must admitt that the recovered system has a totally different dsk numbers compared with the original clusters. But I am not sure how much it affects the recovery. Is there any way or any document for cluster dr?

Thanks.
