How to use ACL

Hi all

When I set ACLs on a file with the command:

   % setacl -d -u user::rw-,group::r--,other::r--,user:jdoe:rw- foo

I have this answer:

   %setacl: Warning: ACL processing is disabled for file: acl

I think ASL is enabled, because if I type
   %sysconfig -q sec

the answer is
   sec:
   acl_mode = enable


Where is the problem?
