tu0: no SROM info for selected media

Hi,

I have been running and using the onboard network card of a personal
workstation 500au as FastFD and connected happily until I just replaced
the battery half an hour ago and now I am getting:

"tu0: no SROM info for selected media"

I already tried to set it back to default and again to FastFD, rebuilt
the kernel but nothing seems to help, I keep on seeing the same message
repeated many times.

Any idea how to resolve this problem, please?
