Problem upgrading from t64 5.1 to t64 5.1A

Greetings,

        Before I open a call with HP on this, can someone hazard a guess as to why
I got this error while trying to to a 'installupdate' during a rolling
upgrade from 5.1 PK3 to 5.1A?

        also, if I ever get the 5.1A installed, can I then do a installupdate to
5.1B before rolling the other member of the cluster?
