Dear Managers,
I'm looking for someone who has successfully compiled "GhostPCL", an
extension of Ghostscript, on an unix-tru64 (5.1a) system. I really need to
run this program because I have to convert PCL-Output to PS-Files to have a
possibillity of page-accounting. Does anyone have experiences with this
package? I always get the message
gcc -g -O -Wall -Wpointer-arith -Wstrict-prototypes -Wwrite-strings -I./ob
j -I../gs/src -o ./obj/gxchrout.o -c ../gs/src/gxchrout.c
../gs/src/gxchrout.c: In function `gs_char_flatness':
../gs/src/gxchrout.c:37: `d' undeclared (first use in this function)
../gs/src/gxchrout.c:37: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
../gs/src/gxchrout.c:37: for each function it appears in.)
make[1]: *** [obj/gxchrout.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/PHYSnet/users/AU/ngerken/ghostscript/ghostpcl/main'
make: *** [obj/ldgs.tr] Error 2
while compiling with gcc vers. 3.2
I would also appreciate tips how to find out the number of pages a PCL-File
causes a printer to print out.
Regards
Nils Gerken
