SUMMARY: IPC Kernel Parameters

It seems that there is no equivalent to these parameters in Tru64 5.1.

I was pointed to a very good reference on Kernel Parameters by 2 very
helpful folks.

While both assumed I was working with Oracle, it's actually Bea Tuxedo.
