Can I power-off a machine?

I have a Dec Personal Workstation 600a (600 MHz CPU) running Tru64 5.1B.
Is it possible to power off the machine, without physically touching the
power switch? Suns, including some old ones with CPUs as slow as 40 MHz
have a 'poweroff' command which will remove all power to the machine
once the machine is shut down, but I don't seem to discovered anything
under Tru64 to do this.
