DS20 - KZPAC (NEW CARD) WIILL NOT POLL OR HALT

Part 2 of my dilema.

As suggested (I will summarize at a lter date) I removed the card and the machine came up - this would indicate a bad controller card. I got a replacement card (identical) and same errors occur when I boot.
The system will not HALT and I get a 'waiting for dra.... to poll" on the monitor.

Would this indicate a completely broken DS20?
