I have a quick question regarding the installation of the Sound Board
drivers. The installation instructions seem to suggest that I need to
add an option to the kernel and rebuild it, however it doesn't say what
option I am suppose to add? I thought I would get prompted
automatically during the installation procedure, but this does not seem
to be the case. I am also a bit stumped because after installing
this package, I was able to hear sound by connecting a pair of head
phones to the back of the sound board. Am I missing something here or
is a kernel rebuild not required?

I am running under Tru64 UNIX 5.1A.

Best regards,
