He suggested to use WRQ Reflections emulator..

And I have good news..
Firstly, there is no software driver for 108 key LK-411 keyboard..
I have found a freeware VT220 emulator program.
IVT vt220 telnet software..

It is very powerfull and DEC keys are predefined there... It is more than a
freeware...
So you can use 102 key PC keyboard and send DEC keys to your unix host
programs..
So we have left the connecting DEC keyboard to PC (which is very expensive )
idea..

Now with the incredible support of Ruurd Bestra (author of IVT) we are
using it in our production system...
