Need SRM firmware failsafe loader floppy for AS4100

Does anyone know where I can download a FSL floppy for AS4100

I have a system which was partially upgraded from firmware 5.6 to 5.7
but failed part way though. I attempt to re-flash the firmware but it
fails every time I try now.
