DEC 3000/500 LED Codes

Hi:

I've got an old 3000/500 that is not allowing me to get to the console
prompt. The LED code reads F0. Does anyone have a list of the LED error
codes for this type of machine or know where they might be located on the
net. google wasn't much help on this one.
