change a failed disk on lsm

 Hi,
 i have a DS20E with one mirror (2 disk: dsk0, dsk1) and a spare (dsk2)

 i spare disk has failed, i hav changed it with a new one (dsk3) and when i try to make the change on lsm (voldiskadm) i have this error:
