To solve the problem I used /dev/disk/dsk4c instead of /dev/rdisk/dsk4c in
mount command.

---------
Original question:

Hi,

I am using tru64 5.1B and I tried to mount an external disk (symmetrix) but
an error ocured:

uipa01b75:/var/adm> mount -t ufs /dev/rdisk/dsk4c /broner1
/dev/rdisk/dsk4c on /broner1: Block device required

uipa01b75:/var/adm> ls -al /dev/rdisk/dsk4c
crw------- 1 root system 19,123 Aug 1 15:35 /dev/rdisk/dsk4c

Any suggestions how to solve this?

Thanks
Guilherme
