I thought I would post a summary because I've had so many replies
suggesting that I recompile the ddr database. As I mentioned in the
original post, that was one of the first things I tried. ;)
The TLZ06 is in there and the file sizes show me that the ddr files
are correct, as compared to another 4.0f system.
I have had some suggestions to use scu and examine the tape drive
configuration. Everything appears normal there. I still don't have the
problem fixed, but I guess I'm going to HP with this one.
