Best Way to Duplicate a Partiton (ufs to advfs)

We have added new (and finally gotten it working). I'd like to clons
the OS from the old, ufs formatted, HD, to the new (ADVFS) partition.
What would be the best way to do this? Is there a Tru64 utility for
it?

I was thinking of using rsync, but I'm not sure if this would do
exactly what I want.

If the partition was advfs, is there a utility to do it? (We have a
2nd box I'll need to do this on and it IS already advfs).

thanks,
James
