Johan Brusche tells me patch kit 5 has been released, but I guess its not on
ftp.service.digital.com yet:

Please check again, the aggregate kit #5 has been made public this WE:

The patch-id for this problem seems to be OSF520-1110, which is part of
the very large patch 1830.00
