Thanks to Tom Blinn.
Im principle it works. It uses the aha_chim.mod driver.
A external SCSI-disk works fine with that. Internal bus is terminated with
jumpers.
The 39160 = KZPEA-DB works, too. It's not supported for EV6.7 (specs tells
only for EV6.8 supported)
Now my question:
In my case i have troubles with a Mass3Stor-Triplestor-IDE-SCSI-Raid.
On a dpw433au it works without any problems.
I see it at boot prompt >>>dkg0 IFT-7250
but after single user boot i see error's like (it creates the devices dsk77):
bus 13 target 0 lun 0
Path to device has been reduced
DRD get keys failed against 481 returned 19
480 returned 19
Same error's on KZPCA-AX and KZPCM-DX (different Speed's similar error
message)
Firmware on ES40 ist 6.3.
Any idea's?
