Panic, crisis - HSV forgot its configuration?

Hi all

We may have a huge problem - maybe not strictly Tru64 related but as our phones are still down I can't call support so I am hoping someone will know (maybe even someone from HP can pass this to support and support can open a call for us via e-mail - we do have a contract!)

He have a two-node cluster of two GS80s running Tru64 5.1Apk3, sharing an EVA. When the power went out last night, we shut everything down nice and neat (we have a UPS). We brought it up briefly this morning when the power came up and everything was OK. We had to bring it down (nice and neat again) as there was no AC yet.

Now the AC is back on, we bring the EVA up - first thing we notice is it seems to have forgotten its ID - the top HSV110 says "Enter node 0000-0000-0000-0000"; the bottom one says "HSV110 startup disgnostics finished". The GS80s can't find boot devices; the Storage Management Appliance HSV Element Manager says "No storage systems are visible to this HSV agent".

I will open a call as soon as we get phone lines, but time may be of the essence for us. Can anyone point me in the direction of (ideally) a quick fix? Where does the EVA store its configuration info anyway?

Thanks
