Driver for Powerstorm 3D30 on PWS500au

5.1a on PWS500au with Powerstorm 3D30 video controller
aka, Digital TGA2 Graphics Controller.

Apparently I can't get more than 480x640, but the same setup running
VMS gives 1280x1024, so its got to be the driver. Anybody know where
I can find it? Is it available for download?
