KGPSA-CX in Wintel box instead of -CY?

Hello all,

this is not strictly Tru64...

I urgently need an FC adapter for a Compaq DL380 Intel Server. I got
a spare KGPSA-CX here, which is the Tru64/VMS version. The question
is, can I use the CX in a Wintel box instead of the official Wintel
version (KGPSA-CY)?

At this moment I don't care about the difference in price.
