Problems with baselineing system

Hi all

I am having a problem when trying to base line with Pk 5 on one of my 5.1a
systems. I get to stage 3 awhich reports manually installed patches and then
it just hangs there indefiately. This has occured after I had removed
patches to clear other issues.

Any Ideas as to what is causing this to program to stall while on other
machines this task takes less than 5 min


Machine gs320 with 8 cpu 8gb of ram

OS: 5.1a
