Good day !
Is there any way to install Tru64 on alpha machine via network ?
There is no CD-ROM in alpha, that needs Tru64 reinstalling, it have only
ethernet and serial console (SRM).Oh, of course, power cable too :-)
I know, that it possible to boot alpha via bootp protocol from other machine
in network, and from documentation i've learn that i can install Tru64 with
RIS in network, but RIS must be Tru64 host..
I have only FreeBSD hosts near this alpha, and Tru64 5.0 installation CDROM.
What can i do ?
Can you point me on some documentation, that can help me solve this problem
?
