Sorry for the late reply. I got a lot of replies on how to prevent this
from happening, but nothing on how to convert what I had to something
usable. No big deal, I'm collecting now and the file seems to be correct.
Not sure what happened the last time...

Subject: Collect file not compressed, cannot open with collgui
I've been using collect to obtain performance data over the past few days.
Today when I went to open it with collgui, it said it wasn't a collect file.
Looking at the file, it appears that the file did not compress as it was
being written. Is there a way to convert this file into the proper format
so that collgui will open it?
Our glory is not in never falling, but rising every time we fall.
