Memory Access Violations with runcbl

Hello
Tru64 Unix 4.0g on AS2000, 256 MB memory

What causes "Memory Access Violations" when doing a "Runcbl"?

The object being run is not debug mode, but if you runcbl the debug
object it works OK..

Doing research on this but don't know where to start.
