Runcbl Memory Access Violations

Hello,
AS 2000 running 4.0g

I have a programmer that wants to know the following.

What causes "Memory Access Violations" when doing a runcbl??
The object being ran is not debug mode, but if you runcbl the debug
object it runs fine
