Converting Framemaker docs to html on Tru64

Anybody aware of or has installed a tool do this? I looked at
mifmucker, but it appears to nly be a set of filters requiring
an installed and licensed version of Frame, which would be overkill
since I am just looking to do a one time conversion of a couple of
documents.
