Tru64 V5.x B1 classification kit/patch ?

Hi managers,

A customer asked what has to be done and/or purchased to tune their two Alphaservers into
B1 "mode" of security. I know it has a C2 pack, but assume something needs to be purchased
from HP to get to B1 ?
