Corrupt root filesystem problems

Hello,

System AS2000 with 2 300 Mhz CPU, 256 MB memory
OS Tru 4.0g
Problem I had a filesystem that was corrupt last week and I need to get
things working right afterwards.

The server went down last weekend. I basically installed a new system
disk, booted from CD-Rom and restored / & /usr filesystem.

Now that I did that my / filesystem is full causing more problems like
tape drives, etc.
Output of df shows 103%

The new drive I put in was a 9 GB drive. The old one was 4.3 GB. I think
that I know how to copy everything over but I am a bit rusty on disklabels.

I had adjusted the old disk partition a to a different size. I know what
size the disklabel was before from sys_check.

How do I edit the disklabel to then get it work correctly?? I have to
boot to single user mode right??

I looked at this list and tru64.org and not sure if I am searching
correctly.

Thanks
