Setting "login timeout" with V4.0f and enhanced security

We are about to set up enhanced security on a V4.0f system. One of the corporate requirements is that any "idle" login session be automatically logged out. This, at a minimum, would be, "I logged in and then walked away for lunch and did not log out". We would like to set this timeout for all sessions, regardless of the shell we use. and not changable by the users. Ideally, even if I had a vi session open and walked away for XX amount of time, my session would get logged out.

Is there any way to do this with V4.0f and enhanced security? I don't see this as an option to enhanced, unless I have missed it some way.

Thanks in advance for your help.
