Instalation Oracle 9i (No RAC) in cluster

We are installing Oracle 9i (no RAC) in the 2xES45 cluster V5.1b kit3

can you tell me where i look for manuals?

I need to know:

1) system parameters values
2) how to customize the cluster for oracle users
